LECP (Palma)
Palma complete TMA regulation applied due to radar failure.
Initial zero rate regulation applied on the complete TMA. for 4 hours and has just been extended until 1720 UTC.
Slight improvement has just been agreed and LECP is capable of accepting some traffic.Regulation with very low rate has been applied from 1430 UTC.
Further improvement is expected within next 30 mins.
Very high delays remain.
