The last US1A of the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF), registration 9090, was retired on 14 December 2017 at Iwakuni. Now 71Kokutai only operates the#US2. The US-1A on the picture (by Marcel J van Bielder) was already retired in 2009.
