Due to combination of forecast bad weather and TLP military exercise , LECM (Madrid) and LECS (Sevilla) airspaces will be encountered heavy delays all the afternoon.
We will issue RRP's whenever possible.
To reroute via DAAA airspace, AO's has to send a FPL (not a change) to DAAAZQZX.
